Attorney Jose Luis Machado attended the University of Miami where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. He then attended St. Thomas University School of Law where he obtained a Juris Doctorate degree. He is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar. Since the inception of Machado & Herran, P.A., Attorney Machado has handled a number of real estate transactions representing sellers, buyers and lenders. Attorney Machado is a duly authorized issuing agent for Attorneys’ Title Fund Services LLC and Commonwealth (Fidelity). Mr. Machado is also currently a member of the Cuban American Bar Association and the Builders’ Association of South Florida.Mr. Machado is an avid golfer, boats man and enjoys fishing and sports activities.
Antonio Luciano Martinez, Esq.
Attorney Antonio Luciano Martinez attended Florida International University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. He then attended St. Thomas University School of Law where he obtained a Juris Doctorate degree. During law school he was a member of the International Moot Court and participated twice at the Manfred Sachs Space Law Competition at Georgetown University, first as an oralist competitor and thereafter as a team coach. During law school Attorney Martinez also worked as a law clerk at the St. Thomas University Human Rights Institute representing indigent clients in immigration matters including asylum hearings and appeals, residency applications, work permit applications and presenting clients for inspection to the INS. He is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar and is also a member of the Florida Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section. Mr. Martinez is also an active member of the Doral Business Council. Since his employment at Machado & Herran, P.A., Attorney Martinez has handled a number of real estate transactions representing sellers, buyers and lenders.Attorney Martinez is a duly authorized issuing agent for Attorneys’ Title Fund Services LLC, and Commonwealth (Fidelity). Mr. Martinez is a weekend photographer, disc jockey and enjoys exercising and reading.
